Wendy Turner-Williams
CEO, Founder
Unconventional from the start, Wendy started her career in Finance in the Telecom industry, auditing line-cost invoices for billing and revenue assurance errors. Recruited to engineering within the first year of her career, Wendy has led architecture, data, IT, and product organizations at some of the most recognized and esteemed technology companies in the world. Wendy combines her strengths in communication, community-building, big-picture thinking, and a strategic-tactician mindset with influence, business, and technical prowess to drive change, innovation, and transformation and to deliver big impact.
Peggy Tsai
Board Member
Peggy is a distinguished data governance executive with extensive experience in financial services companies like Morgan Stanley, AIG, and S&P Global Ratings. With expertise in AI governance and management, she has spoken at institutions including Gartner, MIT, and Carnegie Mellon University. Currently serving as Chief Data Officer for a leading privacy and security software company, Peggy's experience includes data product management and business development. Peggy is a contributing author of "The Artificial Intelligence Handbook for Investors, Entrepreneurs, and FinTech Visionaries" and has been recognized for her thought leadership in Crunchbase and CDO magazine. Peggy's contributions extend to global forums like the World Economic Forum and EDM Council, focusing on privacy and cloud data governance. She is also an executive leader of several Women in Data communities and an Adjunct Faculty Member at Carnegie Mellon University.
Andrew Beers
Board Member
Andrew was most recently the CTO of Tableau. During his tenure there, he built fast-moving product teams, conceived and launched new products in the data and analytics space, led all of product and engineering, and also started and led a future-focused research and prototyping effort, where he also maintained an ability to technically contribute. Andrew also maintained an external presence for the company, serving on advisory and Board roles in two city-level organizations, speaking at events on topics in data and analytics, and writing thought leadership pieces for publication. Prior to his tenure at Tableau, he was at another successful startup venture, leading engineering for Invisalign.
Jim Goldman
Board Member
Jim is the CEO and Co-Founder of Trava Security, Inc. He has over 30 years of experience in cyber security and risk management. He served as Professor and Head of the Purdue Malware Lab in the Department of Computer & Information Technology at Purdue University where he founded the Network Engineering Technology program. Jim was the first VP of Information Security at ExactTarget, later acquired by Salesforce. At Salesforce, Jim held various executive positions, culminating in his assignment to build the global Security Governance, Risk Management, and Compliance team for all of Salesforce globally. Jim is a CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional) with advanced training in cyber forensics and malware reverse engineering. He served as a Task Force Officer detailed to the FBI Cyber Crime Task Force, serving on both national security and criminal cyber squads. Jim is an internationally published author with market-leading textbooks in data communications and networking.
Manny Rivera
Board Member
Manny was most recently a CMO at Salesforce. Manny is an experienced Marketing Leader with a notable history of transforming organizations into performance-driven marketing departments by optimizing employee skill sets while enhancing marketing engagements with technology for some of the world’s most recognizable brands including Salesforce, Aon, Abbott Laboratories, Coca-Cola, Pepsi-Cola, and Ford Motor Company. Manny is has served as a trusted C-Suite advisor, forging stakeholder relationships, aligning leaders with optimizing and automating marketing departments, and generating analytics at scale to help build trusted relationships and data-driven marketing experiences. Manny has posted $550 million in revenue directly related to traditional and digital marketing activities at Aon, founded TrustedPals pet insurance with Marsh McLennan, and managed $250 million in marketing investments for Abbott Laboratories. Manny is an active member of multiple boards and advisories.

Dr. Sue Tripathi
Chief Data, Analytics, AI Officer. OCM & DEI Expert
Dr. Tripathi, Ph.D., is a seasoned executive with nearly three decades of experience in data, analytics, AI, technology, and transformation. Her leadership spans global partnerships and go-to-market strategies with major corporations, including IBM, Accenture, and NTT DATA, among others. With expertise across 18 industries, including healthcare, public sector, and non-profits, Sue specializes in building and implementing end-to-end data strategies, data governance, operational roadmaps, cloud migration, AI strategy, and innovative AI solutions. She has helped clients establish chief data analytics and change management offices, and managed multimillion-dollar contracts across the globe, and has a deep understanding of healthcare systems, life sciences, and various industries. Sue is also a certified organizational change management and lean black belt practitioner, facilitating numerous improvement events and establishing key business groups. As an industry thought leader and keynote speaker, she addresses topics such as Data, Analytics, AI, Healthcare Equity, Cloud Journey, and Diversity & Inclusion. Sue is actively involved in editorial boards, contributes to technology magazines, and holds fellowships and grants from prestigious organizations. Outside of work, she volunteers at a local homeless shelter, enjoys traveling with her family, and writes about her experiences, embodying her personal brand of connecting technology with human connections.
Anne Flanagan, MBA
International Technology Policy Expert
Anne is an expert in data and technology policy with over a decade of international policy-making experience, collaborating globally with stakeholders to design policy frameworks for pressing data policy issues. Formerly the Deputy Head of Division for Telecommunications Policy & Regulation in Ireland, she played a pivotal role in EU Digital Single Market policy. Anne holds degrees from Trinity College Dublin and Dublin City University, an Executive MBA from Trinity College Dublin, and an Advanced Diploma in Data Protection Law from the Honorable Society of Kings Inns. Currently, she serves as Vice President for Artificial Intelligence at the Future of Privacy Forum.
Dr. Parves Khan

Over the past three decades, Parves has worked across the UK and overseas, leading the data analytic function for private and public sector companies and serving as CEO. Drawing on real-world experience from the brand side, Parves's specialism is helping clients improve data quality, break down data silos, and turn data into actionable insights. Parves also brings industry experience in establishing and implementing clear ethical frameworks and guidelines that govern the management and deployment of data and AI technologies. Parves is a passionate champion and advocate for normalizing gender balance and equality in the data and tech industry and serves as Board Director of TLA Women in Tech, a 5000+ strong working group of Tech London Advocates, the voice of the private tech sector in London.

As the CEO of DPS Consulting Group, Brandon leads with a strategic vision, steering companies toward innovative solutions to challenging problems. Additionally, he holds the pivotal role of Chief Privacy Officer at Eonum.ai, overseeing the protection of sensitive data and ensuring compliance with privacy regulations. Brandon's influence extends beyond his immediate roles; he is a member of the Advisory Board at The Association.ai, contributing his insights and expertise to shape the future of AI governance. He also actively participates in the legal community as a member of the Privacy Law Section of the California Lawyers Association, staying at the forefront of privacy law developments.

Glenn Hofmann

Glenn is a recognized thought leader in influencing c-suite and board mindsets towards strategic cultural, regulatory, and technology realities of large corporations. He is a global leader and diversity ambassador who builds collaborative cultures and trust quickly across all levels, inspiring globally dispersed teams and stakeholders to deliver their best work. From 2016 to 2023, he was Chief Analytics Officer at New York Life, a Fortune 100 company. He has substantial experience with data ecosystems (infrastructure, governance, modeling, MDM, etc.) and AI ecosystems (use case prioritization, AI-specific infrastructure, practical deployment of AI into production, governance, training, and value generation). He has a Ph.D. in Statistics from Ohio State University and an MBA from Wharton Business School. Glenn was recognized by DataIQ as one of the “100 Most Influential People in Data” in 2022 and 2023 and by OnCon as a “Top 100 Data and Analytics Professional."

Ruchi is a technology and data executive with vast experience transforming and scaling businesses. She has unique problem-solving capabilities and proven AI/ML, analytics, and data product experience that has consistently resulted in top-line growth, operational efficiencies, and delighted customers. Ruchi started her career as a software developer but quickly shifted to AI and Data. Ruchi is a known speaker who takes pride in solving complex business problems and helping industries through their digital transformation, RPA, and cloud journey. In addition, Ruchi is a Diversity, Equality, and Inclusion advocate and an active member of many Women in Technology and Data communities.

Anil Thusoo
Board Advisor
Anil has extensive experience in leading revenue channels and frontline sales teams across financial services & Technology in Australia. Anil has a distinguished leadership career in building high-performing sales teams and a history of delivering strong revenue results. He was instrumental in redesigning and leading the consumer lending channel in one of the toughest banking markets in Australia, taking annual settlements from 700M to 2.5B in over just four years. Anil is closely involved in start-up ecosystems, designing go-to-market revenue strategies. He currently serves as the Vice President of Global Sales and partnerships (CRO) at Kada-ai. Anil is also an incoming board member on a few early-stage start-ups, including EqualEd and RapidX. Anil has a Bachelor of Management from UNISA, a Master’s in Applied Finance from Adelaide University, an Executive MBA from AGSM Australia, and a GMP from Harvard University. Having survived persecution at a young age, Anil is driven by his passion to help people survive and succeed.

Her background includes working in teams like Security GRC and M&A integration for technology and products. Ira is known for her empathetic, customer-centric approach and adeptness in cross-functional collaboration with global teams.

A highly analytical IT professional with 20+ years of experience, Shanu has worked at companies like Horizon BCBS, Salesforce, HCSC, Aetna, Prudential Financial, Citibank, and Thales. With a track record of successfully managing complex projects and aligning IT initiatives with organizational goals, she has led and managed complex enterprise-level projects, having multiple cross-functional agile scrum teams and playing various roles and responsibilities in her career.
